Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the jewelry in its original CRAFTD branded packaging to ensure it is protected during transit and include your packing slip.
Print & Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off & Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items pass inspection.
