No. Our jewelry is crafted from premium 316L stainless steel and plated in real 18K gold or rhodium using PVD vacuum coating. It is water, sweat, and heat resistant, ensuring it will never tarnish or turn your skin green.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International orders generally arrive within 7-14 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Is there a warranty on my jewelry?
Yes, all CRAFTD London pieces come with a Lifetime Warranty. If your jewelry fades, breaks, or tarnishes through normal wear, we will replace it for you free of charge.
How should I clean and care for my pieces?
